Suciu Popa assisted Central Bottling Company Ltd., one of the largest international bottling companies with bottling licence for international well-known brands such as Coca-Cola or Carlsberg, in acquiring the sole control of the Romanian licensee of Carlsberg, United Romania Breweries Bereprod (URBB) and Carlsrom Beverage, via a minority shareholding buy-out.
