Global Arbitration Review has launched the 10th edition of its GAR 100 listing and Suciu Popa is delighted to announce that its International Arbitration practice has been named to GAR 100.
Global Arbitration Review has noted the significant portfolio of important arbitration cases handled by Suciu Popa’s international arbitration team since its first year after its establishment, as well as “eye catching” successful results obtained by Suciu Popa in several complex procedures.
Luminita Popa, Managing Partner of Suciu Popa, commented: “We are extremely pleased that GAR has recognized our achievements in international arbitration, recognition granted from the very first year of our firm’s existence. It is a validation for our strong, talented and dedicated team, as well as for our significant caseload and for the trust that our clients place in us. I am thankful and grateful to our entire team, as well as honoured and obliged by our clients’ trust.”
In addition, Luminita Popa and Suciu Popa were also shortlisted by GAR this year for the Most Important Decision category for the successful award it secured for its client Enel in the USD 1.2 billion case against the Romanian State.
The GAR 100 is a guide to the international arbitration capabilities of law firms released annually by independent legal publisher Law Business Research. The guide is compiled based on an established research process and is a large survey of the world’s leading arbitration practices.
