Daiana Ichimescu is an enthusiastic and bright lawyer, specialising in International Arbitration, Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions matters.

Daiana has represented clients in disputes from a range of jurisdictions and sectors, with a focus on the construction and infrastructure, energy and natural resources sector, in international arbitration proceedings under the ICC, CICA-CCIR, UNCITRAL and ICSID rules.

Daiana also advises clients in a range of complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and general corporate matters.

Daiana has a keen interest in technological sustainability, artificial intelligence, digital disputes, green arbitration, regularly conducting research and working on projects in these areas.
