Advising and representing a group of companies operating in the waste field in complex disputes, having as object damages under delegation agreements of sanitation services, respectively the annulment of certain administrative deeds issued by authorities.
Advising and representing a group of companies operating on the oil and gas market for legal assistance and representation in a series of administrative disputes, on the motion for stay/annulment of some orders issued by National Agency for Fiscal Administration (with impact on the wholesale trade in energy products).
Member of the team drafting an in-depth legal analysis report concerning the impact and implementation of the New Civil Code and New Civil Procedure Code.
