Mihai is a highly regarded lawyer who advises domestic and global corporations in relation to a broad spectrum of legal aspects concerning mergers & acquisitions, asset and share deals, as well as corporate reorganizations. He has accumulated vast expertise on global corporate restructurings through his involvement in numerous cross-border, large-scale transactions with a focus on the automotive, IT&C, insurance & financial services sectors. His practice also revolves around regulatory matters, assisting clients active in the urban mobility, IT&C and retail sectors in order to set-up and successfully implement their projects.

Advising a multinational automotive corporation in relation to the separation and the corporate reorganization of its group structure, including by rearranging its automotive production and sale activities, as well as its financial services and insurance business.

Advising one of the top ride-sharing services providers world-wide on the licensing and expansion of its business.

Assisting a European leader of the banking-as-a-service market in acquiring a Romanian target active in the development of IT solutions for the banking sector.

Part of the team advising a leading European energy player in relation to the acquisition of 13.6% of the share capital of two Romanian energy distributors and suppliers from the Romanian State, with value exceeding EUR 400 million.

Part of the team advising a large FMCG and cosmetics distributor in Central and Eastern Europe, in relation to the buyout of the minority stake in its Romanian subsidiary, as well as in connection with various corporate related matters.
