Advising a multinational brewing and beverage company, in relation to the sale of its Romanian business to a Japanese brewery and soft drink company, as part of a cross border transaction including businesses in Romania, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia, with value exceeding USD 7 billion.

Acting for an underwriting syndicate selected to handle the IPO of currently the most valuable State-owned company in Romania, active in hydro power generation and services, estimated at over EUR half a billion.

Advising a leading European energy player in relation to the acquisition of 13.6% of the share capital of two Romanian energy distributors and suppliers from the Romanian State, with value exceeding EUR 400 million.

Acting for an underwriting syndicate in connection with the initial public offering and the EUR 440 million sale involving one of the most important players in the energy sector in Romania and its admission to trading on the Bucharest Stock Exchange and the London Stock Exchange.

Advising a leading European utility company on the successful EUR 1 billion privatization of three subsidiaries of one of the most important players in the energy sector on the Romanian market.
